FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS FOOD INCLUDED?
Yes. Snacks and drinks on Day 1. Light breakfast, coffee, lunch, snacks and drinks on Day 2.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Comfortable shoes, a way to take notes on the bus, and your spouse if you have one. Your workbook and welcome gift are waiting at check in.
WHAT TIME DOES DAY 1 START?
Day 1 runs afternoon into evening. Day 2 is a full day. Exact times will be sent to every ticket holder before the event.
IS THE HOTEL INCLUDED?
No. A discounted hotel block will be sent to every ticket holder 90 days before the event.
ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED?
No. St. Louis Lambert International is about 20 minutes from Midtown.
DO I NEED A RENTAL CAR?
Not for the event. The bus leaves from the venue and brings you back. Getting to and from the hotel is on you.
WHAT DOES MY TICKET COVER?
One person and all event experiences. Every session, the bus tour, the property walkthroughs, your workbook, your welcome gift and all food listed. A couples ticket covers two people.
CAN I BRING MY HUSBAND OR WIFE?
Please do. That's what the couples experience is for. Two seats for $497.
WHEN DOES THE PRICE GO UP?
Student only pricing of $297 is open September 16 to September 18. After that, early bird is $347 through October 1, regular pricing is $397 through January 31, and late registration is $447 through February 15. Registration closes February 15.
IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes. A student seat can be split into 2 payments of $170 and a couples experience into 2 payments of $270. You save by paying in full.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT AFTER I BUY?
Tickets are transferable to another person. Refunds are not available because buses, food and gifts are booked based on your seat.
WHAT IS THE REAL ESTATE BAE RUN?
A 1.5 day immersive Kingdom real estate experience in St. Louis. Live teaching on the full rental acquisition system, plus a bus tour through real neighborhoods and inside real rental properties.
WILL WE REALLY TOUR PROPERTIES?
Yes. You board the Real Estate Bae Run bus, travel through St. Louis neighborhoods where investors are actually buying, and walk real rental properties while we teach you what we're looking at.
IS THIS A CHURCH EVENT?
It's a real estate event built on Kingdom of God principles. We teach from Scripture and we teach the numbers. Both.
WHAT IF I'M SINGLE?
Come. You do not need to wait for marriage to become a steward. Everything in the room and on the bus applies to you.

Is this event only for experienced investors?
No. This event is designed for believers at different stages — from those preparing for their first property to those building long-term portfolios. What matters most is clarity, obedience, and readiness to act.
Do I need to be investing in St. Louis to attend?
No. While St. Louis is used as a live example and tour location, the principles, strategy, and mindset taught are applicable across markets and portfolios.
Can I attend with my spouse?
Yes — and couples are strongly encouraged to attend together. Alignment and unity are core to the experience, and couples tickets are available to support joint decision-making.
Is Ministry Night required?
Yes. Day 1 is mandatory. Ministry & Momentum Night establishes the spiritual and mental posture for the entire weekend and is not optional.
